After more than 30 years in their 1959 Tacoma home, the homeowners were ready to move beyond a dated 1990s remodel. Inspired by the property’s mid-century roots and view of the Tacoma Narrows Bridge, our team created a warm transitional design that respected the home’s character while making it work better for the next chapter of their lives.
The first-floor transformation included the kitchen, dining area, laundry room, primary bathroom, powder room, hardwood floor refinishing, interior doors and trim, painting, and custom storage. Warm wood cabinetry, quartz surfaces, sage-green tile, and mixed metals now connect the spaces with a consistent design.
